It's already been over 6 months since I met this adorable family and posted a fun behind-the-scenes look at beautiful Olivia's newborn session HERE.

I LOVE it when clients come back and I get to see how much their kids have grown and changed! Miss Olivia is still as stunningly gorgeous as ever, and we had a great evening catching up.

I loved having this sweet boy and his parents over yesterday. He was precious and perfect and oh, so tiny! He's very blessed to have two parents who are over-the-moon crazy about him! :)

I was so thrilled when Mom contacted me back in the fall about doing newborn portraits for her sweet baby due in December. After taking her engagement pictures a couple years ago, as well as bridal portraits, it was so exciting for me to then have the opportunity to capture the beginning of her first child's new life.

Barret Turns One! {Cypress, TX Children's Photographer}

I've had the absolute honor (and TRUE pleasure) of taking this little guy's photos every three months. It's been so much fun watching him grow and change. I think he is seriously one of the happiest babies I've ever met, and I just love spending time with him!

Behind the Scenes {Newborn Photographer Cypress, TX}

I was lucky enough to work with TWO gorgeous baby girls this week, and I loved every minute of them both!

Shooting newborns is amazing! It's an honor to be their chosen photographer. It's a joy to spend time with them and their new parents. It's a blessing to have the opportunity to capture them at their tiniest and most vulnerable.

Yeah, newborn photography ROCKS!

Anyway, Olivia's mommy asked if she could take some pictures of her sweetie's session, and I said, "Absolutely ..... if you'll share them with me!" :) So now here I am, sharing them with you!


{Disclaimer: I have no makeup on, my hair is a mess, and I have baby pee on my shirt. But hey, this is how I usually look on a day-to-day basis, minus the baby pee!}

I spend a lot of time at newborn sessions crouching and soothing.



When Baby gets into a deeper sleep, then I start arranging and perfecting little details. (Oh yeah, that's poop on the blanket. No worries, it happens every time! Everything's washable.)




Still soothing and patiently waiting for that heavy sleep. :)




I'm a smiling fool during these sessions. Their sweet little noises and faces make my heart melt!




New pose. V-E-R-Y slowly, I remove my hands, the blanket, and anything else used to keep her comfy and how I want her. See my look of concentration? ;)

It's been almost a full year since I last worked with this family, and back then precious little A was just a newborn. Now she's a happy, gorgeous 1-year-old! Milestones {Tomball, TX Children's Photographer}

Happy, happy birthday to both of these cute kiddos!!

Mr. B is celebrating his half-year birthday. I just love this age .... the sitting up happily but not going anywhere yet. We obviously had some fun with him! ;)

Beautiful big sis is about to turn 4. She is so precious and totally girly. I can't tell you how many times she ran screaming from bugs and all things yukky. What a cutie-pie!

We're so happy you're here, beautiful Emma!

Her sweet mama and I have been friends for several years, and her daddy and I have known each other since our jr. high band days. It was so wonderful to spend a big chunk of the day just loving on this new addition to their family.

Narrowing down just a few images to share was soooo hard, because I love every single one of them!

Hello, Gorgeous! {Cypress, TX Infant and Baby Photographer}

I LOVE, LOVE spending time with this sweet baby and her mom! I was so blessed to have been able to meet her when she was a newborn, and I've photographed her several times since then. How lucky am I? :)

This time, Mom brought a bag full of adorable clothes, and let ME help choose what P would wear! Definitely a photographer's dream!!!
